These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all photography and videography services provided by Amit Photography (“we”, “our”, “us”). By booking our services or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Booking & Payments

• A booking is confirmed only after a deposit or retainer is paid.
• Deposits are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Remaining balances must be paid by the due date specified in your invoice or contract.
• Failure to pay may result in cancellation of your booking.

2. Rescheduling

• Clients may request to reschedule due to weather, illness, or unforeseen circumstances.
• Rescheduling is subject to availability.
• Additional fees may apply for last‑minute changes or peak‑season dates.

3. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made in writing.
• Deposits are non‑refundable.
• If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the event/session, the full remaining balance may still be payable.

4. Creative Style

By booking with us, you acknowledge that:

• You have viewed our portfolio and understand our style.
• Editing style, colour grading, and artistic decisions are at our discretion.
• Requests for re‑editing may incur additional fees.

5. Image Delivery

• Delivery times vary depending on the session type.
• Final images are delivered digitally via an online gallery.
• RAW/unedited files are not provided under any circumstances.

6. Copyright & Usage

• All images remain the copyright of Amit Photography.
• Clients receive a personal-use licence to download, print, and share images.
• Commercial use requires written permission.
• We will only use your images for marketing or portfolio purposes with your explicit consent.

7. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Arrive on time for sessions.
• Provide accurate event details.
• Obtain permissions for shooting at private venues or locations.
• Ensure all participants behave safely and respectfully.

8. Liability

• We take all reasonable care but are not liable for unforeseen circumstances such as equipment failure, weather, accidents, or venue restrictions.
• If a session cannot be completed due to our fault, a reshoot or refund may be offered at our discretion.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Copy or misuse content
• Attempt to access restricted areas
• Use our images without permission
