⭐ REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all photography and videography services.


1. Deposits

  • All deposits/retainers are non‑refundable.
  • Deposits secure your date and cover administrative preparation.

2. Client Cancellations

  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
  • Deposits are non‑refundable.
  • If cancellation occurs within 7 days of the session/event**, the full remaining balance may still be payable.
  • No refunds are provided for change of mind.

3. Rescheduling

  • Clients may reschedule once at no cost if notice is given at least 48 hours before the session.
  • Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
  • Weather‑related rescheduling is allowed at our discretion.

4. Photographer Cancellations

If we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:
  • A full refund will be issued, or
  • A rescheduled date will be offered
  • If a replacement photographer is arranged, you will be notified

5. Refunds for Delivered Work

  • Due to the nature of photography, no refunds are provided once images or videos have been delivered.
  • Editing style is subjective and based on our artistic approach.

6. Late Arrivals

  • Late arrivals reduce shooting time.
  • No refunds or extensions are provided for lost time due to client lateness.

7. Digital Delivery Issues

  • If files are corrupted or fail to deliver due to our fault, a re‑delivery or reshoot may be offered.
  • We are not responsible for lost files after delivery—clients must download and back up their images.
