REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled for all photography and videography services.
1. Deposits
All deposits/retainers are
non‑refundable
.
Deposits secure your date and cover administrative preparation.
2. Client Cancellations
Cancellations must be submitted in writing.
Deposits are non‑refundable.
If cancellation occurs within
7 days
of the session/event**, the full remaining balance may still be payable.
No refunds are provided for change of mind.
3. Rescheduling
Clients may reschedule once at no cost if notice is given at least
48 hours
before the session.
Additional reschedules may incur a fee.
Weather‑related rescheduling is allowed at our discretion.
4. Photographer Cancellations
If we must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances:
A full refund will be issued,
or
A rescheduled date will be offered
If a replacement photographer is arranged, you will be notified
5. Refunds for Delivered Work
Due to the nature of photography,
no refunds
are provided once images or videos have been delivered.
Editing style is subjective and based on our artistic approach.
6. Late Arrivals
Late arrivals reduce shooting time.
No refunds or extensions are provided for lost time due to client lateness.
7. Digital Delivery Issues
If files are corrupted or fail to deliver due to our fault, a re‑delivery or reshoot may be offered.
We are not responsible for lost files after delivery—clients must download and back up their images.
